Client Overview: Adityaa Call Centre Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 certified multi-brand company. It provides services in BPO, Call Centre, Training, Animation and VLSI developments. It has been in operation since 2001 and has made a strong presence in the Call center training sector in India. It provides training to SC/ ST people in Karnataka in collaboration with Govt. of Karnataka. It also created two animated movies and creating flash based games for international clients. It’s newly formed VLSI & Embedded Systems arm did very well in its 1st year.

Project Requirements: Adityaa wanted a website which could unify & yet diversify all its brands as Adityaa Call centre, iAdityaa Training Academy, Adityaa Animation and Adityaa Semiconductors. They wanted to enhance their brand value online.

Our Counseling: Creating a brand online is a very complicated process. So we started from giving them consulting about total brand building requirements. We aware them about blogs, RSS, Feeds, white papers and everything from scratch.

Our solution: Our first consideration was how to unify and yet diversify their brands. Thus we choose the method of creating different sub domains for each brand/division. We also made it in consideration that these brands represent to different category; visitors can directly come to respective sub domain. Thus we created different home pages for each division (we ensured that the link should not come between the flow of any individual division) and decided to provide a link “iAdityaa” separately at the end of the top navigation so that visitor can come to the main site at any time.
