There is no need of me to say what is AIDS and HIV. We all know about it. I can still remember those days, when we heard about it so often. It is spreading as that information was spreading.

We can stop this from spreading. And most importantly we have to treat the HIV +ve humans as normal being. Especially in India and other countries where people hate to sit with a HIV +ve person or a leprosy patient, I want to tell ‘em something. When doctors are staying a long hours with there patient, and are not getting any infection! Why we will be affected. But take all precautionary measures.

1- Take safe measures and use condoms.

2- Understand and care your life partner.

3- Test yourself. The best way to prevent HIV is to test your self 1st. Don’t be shy. The doctors keep it secrete. But if you are infected, you can infect your loved one.

4- Make at least 5 friends who are AIDS infected. When you will get no one affected, it will really be a AIDS Day.

HIV itself can’t kill a person. It only damage the protective system of your body. And when any other disease occur we are not in a position to cure it, even though it is a simple fever. Thus don’t let an infected person be in stress, it can harm him/her.
